各款蛋糕背後,都藴藏著身兼烘焙師的店主們無限心思,以及對自家出品的堅持。蛋糕上的每一顆馬卡龍以至每一款裝飾均是人手製作,為了讓客人舒心無負擔地品嚐甜點,店主堅持採用鮮果自家熬煮低糖果醬,並反覆調配馬斯卡彭忌廉及戚風蛋糕配方,使每一口更輕盈鬆軟,成為外觀跟口味兼備的烘焙品。

We strive for our customers’ lasting joy from the very first engagement by developing our own cakes, from recipe development to cake design and packaging. We use only low-sugar handmade jam and well-tested mascarpone cream and chiffon cake recipes. We take pride in letting our customers indulge in guilt-free cakes without compromising our high standard for visual appeal, taste and texture.
